You will work closely with our vibrant and dynamic team in an open and transparent environment to grow together as a team and as an individual as a specialized consultant.
Candidates who have experience in recruitment will consider as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Job Duties
- Conduct candidate search, CV screening, application filtering and business development
- Responsible for all stages of the recruitment cycle for both candidate and client-side
- Provide advisory and industry knowledge to candidates and clients
- Understand client requirements and provide one-stop recruitment solutions
- Collaborate closely with teammates to identify new business opportunities
Requirement
- Tertiary education or above in any disciplines
- Candidates with sales experience from other industries would also be considered
- Professional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Embrace the culture of teamwork and at the same being able to work individually
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible and positive mindset
- Responsible, aggressive, self-motivated, open-mind and will to learn attitude
Good to have
- Recruitment/Sales experiences
- Experience in using ATS system & Familiar with Microsoft solutions
